1. sign up at least one week prior to the Tuesday you wish to play.

2. Notify PRO SHOP if you cancel. Do not change the draw sheet in the locker room.

3. Have your score card filled in properly before it is attested. Place your signed scorecard in the box provided. (Any scorecard not signed or attested correctly will be disqualified.) Make sure:

a) your full name is on the card
b) the front nine, back nine and total scores are recorded on the card
c) your handicap is entered on the card, as well as your calculated net score
d) your adjusted score is posted in the handicap computer
e) tournament scores are entered for Review Cup, Rental Cup and the Club Championship.

4. Ringer board - first round played will be entered in ink. Then change your own score below the first round in pencil. Prizes awarded to lowest gross score in each division.

5. Lunches that accompany play days have a fixed charge (generally $12.00). Sign up on the sign up sheet if you wish to be included. For cancellations, please withdraw your name from the sign-up sheet at least 48 hours in advance of the event. If a lunch has been ordered and a member fails to turn up, then their tab will be charged for the cost of the lunch.
